CATERING OFFICER: We are looking for an experienced chef or catering officer with a proven record of success in scratch cooking, menu development, training, and managing & motivating staff. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have creative autonomy. The Catering Officer will be responsible for the day to day running of the catering operation, both food and beverage. THEATRE SERVICES OFFICER: Day to day, the role will be responsible for and lead on the smooth and efficient running of all venue operations; as well as leading a FOH team. You will work in tandem with technical, catering, programming and event teams to ensure a successful roll out of live shows, cinema screenings, conference meetings, events and private hires. In liaison with the Facilities Officer, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue’s Building Management System.
