How do I book?
Book online anytime or call Tamworth Box Office on 01827 709618.
(There is a £2.00 handling charge per transaction by phone or internet and a £1.50 charge for postage.)
Tickets are available in person from our in-house Box Office/Tamworth Information Centre:

Opening hours: 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday on non-show days and from 10am to the end of the interval on show days, including Sundays.
Please make all cheques payable to Tamworth Borough Council. Bookings should be paid for within five days of reservation. Please check performance details and tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds on tickets sold.
Can I cancel a booking?
Refunds - The Assembly Rooms does not offer refunds on tickets sold. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Box Office or Venue Management and must be submitted in writing. Examples of exceptional circumstances are, death of a close family member or being involved in a car accident.
Reselling of Tickets - The reselling of tickets for a show or event will only be considered if an event has sold out and will be subject to a 20% transaction fee per ticket.
I've lost my ticket, can I still get in to the performance?

Do you offer reduced prices for Senior Citizens and Students?
Concessions will vary from show to show depending on the nature of the show and the contractual agreement with the performers. Where standard concessions apply they will be as follows:

Can I book a wheelchair place online?
We have up to seven seats in the auditorium available for wheelchair users, if a carers seat is required staff must be informed at the time of booking. There is one toilet that is wheelchair accessible. In order to book a wheelchair seat or carers ticket please contact our Box Office on 01827 709618.
What age qualifies for child pricing?
Children age 2-16 can book a child place. Babes in arms or children 24 months or under will be admitted free although they will need to be sold a ticket for fire regulations.

Can I take photographs?
Photography of the performances is not permitted in our auditorium unless otherwise stated by the act. If you are a professional videographer and have been asked to film the performance, please contact our Operations Manager on 01827 709620.
What is your latecomers policy?
Late comers will be allowed into the auditorium when there is an appropriate time in the show to minimise disruption to other guests. They will be asked to wait at the side door until a steward allows them entry to the auditorium.
Do we have a cloakroom?
No, we do not have a cloakroom.
Can I take food and drink into the auditorium?
Cold snacks and drinks that have been purchased from our Claymore Lounge or Saxon Bar will be allowed into the auditorium.
